Living Rhythm and Joy offers one-on-one Christian life coaching services.  Sessions can be either over the phone, or at a pre-arranged location for face to face meetings. 

We have a couple of different offerings for you to choose from:

• You may pay for one session at a time and schedule however it works for you.

        or

• You may pay for 2 or more sessions at once to receive a discounted rate.  When you purchase mulitple sessions at one time, your payment will include unlimited email communication and an occasional 5 minute "power coaching" call.

What you can expect of me:

Everything talked about in session will remain confidential.

I will be on time and prepared for your session.

I will support and encourage you in your journey.

I will celebrate your successes!

What I will expect of you:

You will come ready to work. 

You will be willing to open up and share with your coach.

You will come to your appointments on time and be prepared. 

You will do your homework between sessions. 

You will be accountable.
